These wild caught crabs are cooked, cracked, and packed for your convenience in the kitchen. Crab Claw meat refers to the swimming fins and claws of the crab. As these are more active muscles, the meat is darker and carries a heavier crab flavor.
Taste/Cooking: Crab Claw when compared to Crab Lump has a finer texture consisting of smaller flakes as well as a more prominent crab flavor. This would be ideal for recipes which require heavier flavoring, for example adding to a soup or bisque.
