Taste/Cooking: Farmed using a land based aquaculture system using only the most pristine waters and free of antibiotics and hormones. Fraser River White Sturgeon traditional has a mild yet sweet and delicate flavour that is only enhanced by smoking. By using a hot and cold smoking technique using a custom blend of hardwood, the final product has a rich and buttery texture with moist and delicate meat. It is also certified Organic and Oceanwise.
