Fish Facts: Lobsters are a rich source of vitamins and minerals; vitamin A, vitamin B12, vitamin E, magnesium, zinc, and protein just to name a few. Of its two claws, one is able to generate upwards of 100 lbs of pressure per sq inch. Watch your fingers!
Taste/Cooking: Its texture is dense yet tender, its flavour sweet and briny with a mild seafood taste. Preferred cooking methods include poaching, steaming, grilling, or pan searing. Lobster is a very versatile ingredient; however, a common pairing would be to serve with garlic/herb butter and lemon.
