Siu Mai are one of the most popular items served at dim sum parlors and are perfect for a quick and easy meal. When cooking, use a steamer and bring water to a boil. Place parchment on bottom of steamer to avoid sticking and steam for 6 min. Space dumplings roughly an inch apart to account for expansion during steaming.
