Fish Facts: Branzino is commonly found in the waters off the coast of western/southern Europe and northern Africa. As this is a staple ingredient in Greek and Italian dining, this was one of the first fish to be commercially farmed in Europe.
Taste/Cooking: Flavour profile Branzino is often described as rich, mild, and sweet. Its flesh has a delicate, flaky consistency which keeps moisture well after cooking. Preferred cooking methods include steaming, grilling, baking, poaching, or pan frying. This fish would pair well with our house made fresh herb mix, garlic & dill, or roasted garlic pepper.
Sustainability: Recommended product of ASC.
